Errata:

Labelling of medial cell in Fig. B1.1 (originally mislabelled as “marginal cell“) has been corrected (date: 25/02/08, credit: Mike Sharkey).

A mistake in the first half of couplet 7 of the Key to Ancistrocerus species has been corrected (date: 19/03/08).

Addenda:

One paragraph of Acknowledgements (accidentally omitted in original version) has been added (date: 17/03/08).
