Rounded Rectangle: Continue to Jamesomyia geminata page Rounded Rectangle: Recognition : The basal one-fifth of the wing in this monotypic genus is clear, the remainder dark and peppered with indistinctly bordered clear spots somewhat reminiscent of Eurosta and Eutreta. The setae found on the head are lightly-coloured, and a parafacial spot is present. The dorsocentral bristles are situated almost exactly in a line between the postsutural supra-alar bristles, and arise from small dark spots that contrast markedly with the lighter, brownish thoracic tomentum.
