Corrigendum
The acronyms CUM and MCZ are used but not defined in Onuferko (2017), and names of the associated contact personnel are missing. CUM stands for the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History in Boulder, CO, USA. MCZ stands for the Harvard University Museum of Comparative Zoology in Cambridge, MA, USA. Material for study was kindly loaned by Virginia Scott (CUM) and Philip Perkins (MCZ).
